This is an easy and simple meal, perfect for the whole family! Of course you can prepare it with any other meat (whatever you like).
60 g extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil odorless (4 tbsp)
1 small onion finely chopped
500 g chicken filet leg or wings
1 large broccoli (about 600 g)
Juice and zest of a lemon
50 g shredded parmesan
Dried parsley or rosemary (optional)
How to make it
Wash the broccoli and cut into small pieces. Boil them in a little salted water with an open lid.
In a deep frying pan, heat the oil on high heat and saute the onions for a few minutes until softened. Salt and pepper the chicken and add it to the pan. Lower the heat and cook every side until golden brown. Add some water and the parsley or rosemary (if you want to use it or put whatever spices you want).
Once the water is completely evaporated and the chicken is cooked, add the broccoli. Add the lemon zest and lemon juice and cook for another minute or two. Add the Parmesan and stir. Serve.
